We conduct ‘client satisfaction surveys’ where we employ another consultancy to talk to our clients about what they think of us.

It’s a great way to build on what we’re already doing well and understand what we need to do differently. And we’re ‘walking the talk’ – showing how valuable we think constructive feedback can be.

During these discussions, we ask clients to come up with ‘3 Words’ they would use to describe what it’s like to work with us.

We started working with Rob at John Lewis Partnership Services in 2015. Partnership Services is the shared service centre for John Lewis and Waitrose. We’ve supported Rob on team development and strategic planning workshops across the Procurement team.
